In 2004, the Company invested a great deal in technology so that it could use new booking and selling systems and offer customers a better experience of dealing with it. In the same year, it also invested in two companies, Medinland and Magic Breaks and improved and relaunched its websites, travelcare and cheapestflights.
Travelcare also collected money for the Travel Foundation that sponsors many projects that help minimize the impact of tourism on the environment.
