- The Phone Spot’s guarantee does not apply to SIM free phones, Smart Phones, prepaid airtime purchases or other related products or services
- The price The Phone Spot Offers comprises the price of the deal that includes the handset price, handling and delivery and monthly line rental—all this after deducting cashback or any other promotions
- Proof of the cheaper price for verification

Delivery: Delivery is free to all
The Phone Spot customers via Royal Mail within the country on purchases of pay monthly handsets. If purchases are made before 1 pm, delivery is made the next day, except if the next day falls on a weekend or a bank holiday.
Your order could be delayed if it is out of stock, the shop does not get quick security clearance for payment of your purchase or if there are any queries relating to your credit check. All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 7 am to 1 pm. If your order for accessories is below £50 in value, it will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery, which will take up to three working days.
Insurance: All
Phone Spot Phones come with a month’s insurance from The Carphone Warehouse and Norwich Union free of charge. This covers the customer for theft and accidental damage of the phone and its accessories.
You can also take out an insurance policy for the period mentioned in the insurance certificate. Your Phone Care policy will be automatically renewed when you make your monthly payments, even as you continue to pay your premia.
You can also cancel your policy within the first 14 days of purchasing the contract or on the day you receive your policy, or whichever is later. Once you cancel your policy, your mobile phone will remain unprotected.
