Bensons have been in this industry for more than 20 years and their selling started in 1985 through mail order which reached global customers.

Bensons Orders & Payment
Bensons has their own website through which the customers can easily rent the videos. Orders are also accepted by post, fax or telephone. Payment is generally done through credit cards like Visa, Switch, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch etc.
The shipping rates vary for different countries. Shipping within UK and BGFPO is done for free, whereas delivery to Europe for one disc costs GBP 1.00or GBP 1.75 for VHS Tape, to other parts of the world GBP is 1.00 for one disc.
Time for Delivery
Shipping is generally done within 2 -3 days, the maximum number of days is 5 – 7 days. The shipping is done by first class mail to BFPO and UK whereas to Europe and other parts of the world it is done by airmail and it takes at least 21 working days. Large orders are generally couriered.
Refund or Return
Bensons sells only brand new items which have a guarantee to work. Once the customer receives
Bensons DVD they are requested to check the DVD on another machine if it does not work on his machine. If it is faulty, you should contact the company for return instructions and you will surely get a replacement. Return of DVDs does not in any way affect the rights of the consumer.
Statutory rights of the consumer are no penalty for return of DVDs within 7 days of receipt or the order, and for no fault on the part of the consumer. A new store credit will be issued against the outstanding orders. These rights are not applicable to DVD recordings and Video which have been opened or are special orders.
Bensons sells two types of videos namely DVD Region coding and PAL VHS Video. These former videos are suitable for customers in UK and Europe and if customers outside need to play the video they should have a suitable machine to play the disc. PAL VHS Video on the other hand is useful for customers in UK, New Zealand, Australia and Europe. Other customers from outside these regions should have a suitable machine to play the discs.
Customer duty is payable by customers outside European Union. Customers should contact the local customs office to get the information on the imports duties.
Customs & Availability
For customers outside of the EU, you are responsible for any import duties that may be payable. If in doubt, please contact your local Customs office. Sometimes it happens that some discs are not available at the time of ordering from the manufacturer. Such unavailability will be informed by email.
