Next Day Delivery: If you order after 1 pm, your order will reach you the next working day. However, this service is not applicable to weekends, so don’t place your order on a Friday or it will reach you on the following Monday.
Specified Day Delivery: This allows you to choose the day on which you want your purchases delivered in the next week, excluding weekends. This saves you the bother of being at home when it arrives. Delivery times for all categories are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Additions Direct comes with three payment options—customers can pay in full; they can pay in three monthly installments without paying interest; or pay just the minimum amount reflected on the statement. This will be either 5% of the outstanding balance or £5, whichever the greater amount. Every four weeks, customers receive statements, with particulars of transactions made and outstanding balance.
